'Its easy to find and easy to park'

We are located just off the Ongar Road In Brentwood and there are no parking restrictions outside our premises.  The Practice is also ground floor so this allows easy access.

"you are not judgemental"

Our patients come from a wide range of backgrounds.  We respect their views and beliefs.  We do not insist patients undress if they are not comfortable with that.

"You do not comment on my size"

People come in all shapes and sizes.  In todays society many people are not happy with others looking at them in their underwear.  This is not a problem for us.  You can wear loose comfortable clothing and we will happily work with this.

"you do not push people into booking lots of sessions"

Our many years in practice have taught us to be realists.  We do not offer cures or suggest lengthy courses of treatment.  We like you to try one or two sessions and see how it goes.  You can always come back if you feel the need but our pay as you go philosophy leaves you in control.  You can come once a week or once a year its up to you!!

"You do your best to fit me in"

Yes we do work long hours, we are open six days a week but we enjoy our work and we realise not everyone can take time off easily.

"your fees seem very reasonable"

We are not the cheapest but we are certainly not the most expensive.  We believe we offer great value for money and we take cash, cheques and most debit/credit cards except American Express.

"I cannot find another practice like this"

Sometimes I wonder what we do that is so different but some patients travel miles to see us literally.  We have clients who travel from Australia and America as well as from all parts of the UK and Europe.  If you are travelling a long way let us know so we can make provision for any delays.
